We have just lodged the town planning application for this exciting Surrey Hills Apartment Development at Union Road. The residential architecture proposal retains the existing post office shop facing Union Road and adds a multi-story small apartment development at the rear of the site. The development comprises of four, generous sized apartments with six off street car parking spaces located within the basement level. As part of the architect design development process we usually explore the building design in 3D visualisation software to prepare illustrations like the above image. This allows us to better visualise the building design and assist in communicating the design ideas with our clients.
