The building works are continuing to progress well at DX Architects’ Richmond Renovation to Heritage House, in Richmond, Melbourne. The works have now reached frame stage with all the timber and steel frame now completed. The metal tray flat roof has also recently been installed.
The architectural design for this residential renovation to a heritage house retains and enhances to existing front proportion of the heritage house being retained, and adds a first floor rear addition to accommodate additional children’s bedrooms and a second living area which captures views towards the city.
