Heritage Alteration & Addition.

The Kew Residential Renovation retains and enhances the existing heritage façade of the home and adds a contemporary addition that looks out over the back yard.

This renovation featured a raised roof area over the main living area which created a larger volume above the open plan kitchen, living and dining area to capture natural sunlight and views out and up towards the landscaping.

The interior was completed with black framed aluminum windows, white painted plasterboard, and was complimented with spotted gum timber flooring.

The kitchen was finished with matt black and white 2 pac door panels, and entertaining style island bench was finished with waterfall edge stone benchtops. A feature tiled splashback in the kitchen added texture to this room feature.

The construction phase of the Kew Residential Renovation was completed in October, 2016.
