The building works are now almost complete at our residential architecture project and internal alterations project in Kew. This project involved the significant internal alterations and upgrades to the interior of the dwelling to accommodate for a contemporary lifestyle. Double brick internal walls were removed and supported with large steel lintels to create a more open plan contemporary living area.
The main feature of the living area is large entertaining style kitchen. This feature includes a large island benchtop with feature pendant lights and space for gathering and sitting on stools/ eating at the kitchen bench. Where possible we have selected in-built kitchen appliances to minimise the visual impact of these functions within the living area, and create a more seamless finish.
The living area was completed with white painted walls and polished timber flooring.
The construction phase of the Kew Residential Renovation is due for completion in December 2015.
