The building works are continuing to progress well at our residential property in the leafy suburb of Kew, Melbourne. The works have now reached lock-up stage with the external cladding, windows, and doors being installed. As the internal plaster boarding works are completed, the rooms & internal spaces start to take shape for the first time.
This extensive Kew residential renovation, retains and enhances the existing heritage façade of the home and adds a contemporary addition that looks out over the back yard. The roof area over the main living area has been increased to create a larger volume to the open plan kitchen, living and dining area which will feature pedant lighting over the kitchen island bench, and dining table area.
