The building works are progressing well at our Beach House Renovation in Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula. The builders have continued with the alterations to the existing house and majority of the timber cladding an windows have been replaced. The silver top ash vertical shiplap cladding will be left to naturally grey off and pick up some of the colours from the natural landscape.
As the construction works progress, the new additions at the front of the property will connect back to the existing house. The existing house is also being extensively altered to match in seamlessly with the new additions; including the replacement of the shiplap timber cladding, a new flat roof structure, and new aluminium framed double glazed windows.
The construction phase of the Blairgowrie Beach House Renovation is expected to take 12 months. The project is due for completion in early 2016.
